I have been very influenced by music since my childhood and it all opened up after I somehow ended up in a marching band as a kid. Playing the Euphonium for about six years gave me a lot for my musical approach later on. When I first started to care about music for real, it did not take long before I started exploring it. I began playing the guitar when I was about 15 years old. After discovering a lot of metal bands from the 80's I understood that I wanted to make music as powerfull as this.

It took me some years before I really started thinking about making a serious band, but the day came when I ended up rehearsing with what in 2006 became Sectum. Sectum transformed into Mortiferia in 2007. The style of music went from folkish extreme metal to symphonic metal. As time went on I started to lose the urge to be creative in this band due to what i considered as a lack of seriousity from certain members. I quit Mortiferia in January 2008 and setteled on the goal of forming Adyta, which is my main musical endeavour today.
